Job Summary

Position Details –

The position is responsible for making changes to the company's global DNS/DHCP infrastructure. You will analyze, interpret, and implement client requests for data network configuration changes. You will execute the changes under a set of structured and controlled network standards, policies, processes, and procedures that are required in order maintain demanding delivery and quality objectives. You will be part of business projects for improvements to existing processes and infrastructure.

The individual must display a broad understanding of internetworking technology principles with demonstrated expertise in DNS/DHCP, Infoblox DDI, BIND (Unix/Solaris) and Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP)L3 F5, IPAM

Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance Operational Systems By Utilizing F5 Technologies And Ddi Solutions From Infoblox And Efficient Ip, Improving Management Reporting And Streamlining Information Flow To Optimize Business Processes.
2. Analyze Client Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Meets Expectations By Implementing Best Practices In F5 Load Balancing And Ddi Management.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team By Facilitating Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Utilizing F5 And Ddi Tools To Drive Team Performance And Accountability.
4. Foster Innovation By Introducing New Ideas For Process Development Within The Realms Of F5 And Ddi Technologies, Contributing To Overall Organizational Progress.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions In Alignment With Customer Needs Using F5 And Ddi Technologies, Leading To Measurable Business Results And Client Satisfaction.

Skill Requirements

• Strong knowledge in DNS/DHCP administration on Infoblox DDI.
• Extensive experience in Cloud technology and appliance deployment/management in Cloud.
• Hands on experience with Unix operating system- Level 2 and basic database concepts.
• Experience on DNS data management through scripts (shell/PERL/WAPI) will be an added advantage.
• Experience with SOA applications and cloud-based services, preferably AWS.
• Strong knowledge in Networking (preferable CCNA and above).
• Certification as an AWS Solutions Architect, Cloud Security Certification, and/or Open Stack Administrator Certification a plus.
• Strong awareness of networking and internet protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, and distributed networks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to stay focused on completing tasks and meeting goals within a busy workspace.
• Skilled at working in tandem with a team of engineers, or alone as required.

Other Requirements

• Must have knowledge on ITIL environment and Operational Best practices.
• Support client’s normal business hours, and on-call rotation.
• Should be ready for 24X7 shift operations.
