Job Summary

• The Technical Architect
• Azure AD plays a critical role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering solutions that leverage Azure Active Directory. This position is pivotal in ensuring that the team meets defined scopes and standards, while also addressing client requirements through innovative technology solutions. The architect will lead the development efforts and mentor team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and adaptation to advancements in technology.

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Technology Specialist with a strong background in designing, creating, and leading enterprise-grade workplace technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of overall IT experience, including 5 years of direct experience in a Workplace Technology Specialist role, with expertise in Microsoft M365, O365, Microsoft Intune, Azure, Microsoft licensing models, and Print Solution The role also demands knowledge of security tools like Microsoft Defender, expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integrations, the ability to design scalable and secure solutions for new environments, and strong scripting skills for automation. This position requires a strategic thinker and technical leader who can deliver innovative solutions that enhance employee experience and align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect And Design Azure Active Directory Solutions That Meet Product And Sustenance Delivery Standards, Ensuring Scalability And Security.
2. Train And Mentor Team Members In Azure Active Directory Practices, Fostering An Environment Of Knowledge Sharing To Mitigate Delivery Risks.
3. Gather Requirements And Specifications To Deliver Tailored Azure Ad Solutions For Client Organizations, Ensuring Alignment With Business Objectives And Technical Feasibility.
4. Ensure Ongoing Knowledge Enhancement By Exploring New Azure Technologies, Maintaining The Quality And Relevance Of Solutions In Response To Evolving Client Needs.

Job Responsibilities : . Workplace Solution Design & Implementation • Architect, design, and lead the implementation of modern workplace solutions, including Microsoft M365, O365, Intune, Azure, Windows Imaging, Xerox Print Solutions, and Microsoft licensing models.

• Build scalable, secure, and reliable workplace environments in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for solution designs, configurations, and processes. 2. Security & Compliance • Integrate and manage security tools such as Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview ensuring workplace environments meet compliance standards and remain protected against emerging threats.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement robust security measures and protocols in workplace technologies. 3. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) • Lead IT integrations during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless transitions for workplace technologies and minimal operational disruption.
• Develop strategies for consolidating environments, migrating data, and implementing workplace technology for newly integrated teams. 4. Scripting & Automation • Develop and maintain scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages) to automate deployments, configurations, and routine processes.
• Create custom scripts for tasks such as device imaging, system updates, and troubleshooting, improving operational efficiency. 5. Project Leadership • Manage end-to-end workplace projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, and post-deployment support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, HR, Operations, Security) to ensure workplace solutions align with organizational objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with technology vendors and manage contracts for workplace-related services and tools. 6. Innovation & Optimization • Stay current with emerging workplace technologies, industry standards, and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement, optimizing workplace solutions to enhance employee productivity and overall efficiency.

Skill Requirements

1. In-Depth Knowledge Of Azure Active Directory And Its Implementation Best Practices.
2. Strong Understanding Of Cloud Architecture Principles And Security Frameworks.

4. Familiarity With Identity Management And Access Control Technologies.

• Workplace Tools & Platforms: Advanced knowledge of M365, O365, Intune, Azure, and Windows Imaging.
• Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages for automating deployments and configurations.
• Security Expertise: Strong understanding of security tools (e.g., Microsoft Defender), protocols, and compliance standards.
• M&A Expertise: Ability to design and execute IT strategies for seamless technology integration during organizational changes

Other Requirements

1. Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Optional But Valuable).
2. Certification In Azure Active Directory Or Related Technologies (Optional But Valuable)

• 15+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years as a Workplace Technology Specialist leading enterprise-level projects.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft M365, O365, Microsoft Intune, Azure, Microsoft licensing models, Xerox Print Solutions, and Windows Imaging.
• Hands-on experience integrating and managing security tools such as Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview • Proven experience leading IT integrations during mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
