About the role
Job Summary
3-5 years of Experience in Expertise in techno- functional experience in Oracle Financial Modules (General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts receivable (AR), FA), Cash management (CM)
Ability to understand and articulate client’s business requirement
- Extensive Support Experience
- Period Close, Reconciliation, Minor Enhancements.
Write business requirement documents and other functional and technical documentations.
Assist in design, development, testing and implementation of Oracle financials projects.
Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly.
Ensure that project deliverables meet customer specifications.
Should be able to independently develop/analyze the program unit/bugs and provide solutions.
Attention to detail is essential and all tasks must be carried out to the highest standard.
Ability to provide effort estimations and experience working in a team environment with an agile development process
Ability to follow coding and development standards and produce structured code and documentation
Ability to write and maintain program code according to functional and technical specifications and quality standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment against tight deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Interest in new technologies and willingness to learn
Willing to work in afternoon shifts IST and going beyond, weekend on call/night support, etc. based on the criticality and business urgency.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and develop solutions using oracle financial cloud.
- Implement and configure oracle financial cloud modules based on business needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users on oracle financial cloud functionalities.
- Collaborate within team to integrate oracle financial cloud with existing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to oracle financial cloud implementation.
- Stay updated on the latest features and updates in oracle financial cloud to provide proactive recommendations to clients.
Skill Requirements
- Solid understanding of oracle financial cloud modules such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and best practices.
- Experience in implementing oracle financial cloud solutions for clients.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in oracle financial cloud is a plus.
Other Requirements
1.Oracle Financials Cloud Certification is preferred.
