• Implement High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.
• Lead performance tuning and optimization for large-scale databases.
• Establish database standards, best practices, and governance.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and cloud teams.
• Drive automation, monitoring, and DevOps integration (CI/CD).
• Provide L3/L4 production support, incident management, and RCA.
• Required: Strong PostgreSQL expertise, migration experience, Linux skills, and handling large scale databases.
