Technical Lead

Job Summary

• Configure and maintain Adobe Workfront projects, templates, workflows, and custom forms
• Design and optimise end-to-end marketing workflows and intake processes
• Enable automation using Workfront Fusion and integrations
• Support campaign delivery, content approvals, and stakeholder collaboration
• Implement governance controls including approvals and compliance checkpoints
• Integrate Workfront with Adobe Experience Cloud and enterprise systems
• Develop reporting dashboards for project status and delivery metrics
• Collaborate with business, marketing, and operations stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

• Provide the technical leadership to drive Digital Marketing, Measurement and Insights across the enterprise in a well architected Marketing technology ecosystem
• Solution Design, Peer Reviews.
• Support the ongoing rollout of enterprise digital measurement by working with projects and stakeholders to identify business, technical, and reporting requirements.
• Gather and document business, technical and reporting requirements that drive the metrics architecture for enterprise implementations
• Collaborate with technical development/ technology teams for the implementation of big data capture techniques
• Analyse data and provide recommendations to increase website conversion rates, meet/exceed channel sales targets, visitor engagement and site satisfaction.
• Create meaningful dashboards and reports that help stakeholders achieve their business objectives
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software
• Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements & solutions
• Write well designed & high-quality testable code
• Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
• Develop/contribute to software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
• Document and maintain software functionality
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems

Skill Requirements

• Experience with Adobe Workfront configuration and administration
• Understanding of workflow design and process automation
• Experience with custom forms, templates, and request queues
• Knowledge of marketing operations and campaign delivery workflows
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Nice to Have
• Experience with Workfront Fusion and integrations
• Exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, AJO, Analytics)
• Knowledge of Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms
