Job Summary

This role drives the design, implementation, and optimization of automation solutions for complex operations using DevOps practices and technologies. The individual leads operational excellence initiatives, mentors team members in advanced scripting and automation, and ensures alignment with client objectives through expert use of tools such as Jenkins, PowerShell, Python, and Ansible. They play a pivotal role in fostering innovation, streamlining processes, and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that support organizational growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead automation strategy and implementation using Jenkins and Ansible, ensuring robust CI/CD pipelines and efficient deployment processes across enterprise environments.

2. Architect and optimize operational workflows by developing advanced PowerShell and Python scripts to streamline system administration, monitoring, and incident response.

3. Mentor and guide team members in best practices for DevOps toolchains including Jenkins, PowerShell, Python, and Ansible, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.

4. Oversee the integration of automation tools with existing systems, ensuring seamless management reporting and information flow aligned with organizational goals.

5. Drive process innovation by evaluating emerging automation technologies and introducing solutions that enhance business processes and operational efficiency.

6. Ensure support teams meet client SLAs by proactively resolving complex automation-related issues and implementing scalable solutions tailored to customer environments.

Skill Requirements

1. Excellent Skills In Developing And Maintaining Advanced Powershell And Python Scripts For Automation, Configuration Management, And Process Optimization.

2. Advanced Proficiency In Designing, Implementing, And Troubleshooting Ci/Cd Pipelines And Infrastructure As Code.

3. Strong Leadership And Mentoring Abilities In Guiding Teams On Best Practices In Automation And Devops.

4. Excellent Problem Solving Skills, With The Ability To Innovate And Drive Continuous Improvement In Operational Processes.

Other Requirements

1. Recommended: Certified Jenkins Engineer (CJE), Microsoft Certified: PowerShell, Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation.

2. Optional but valuable: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Hashi Corp Certified: Terraform Associate
