Process Associate

Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining and managing vendor master data by creating, updating, and validating vendor records, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with policies, and seamless support for procurement and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

Validation of VMR form and related documents

Creation of vendors in SAP:

Modification of vendor details in SAP
Blocking / Unblocking of vendors
Supporting SOX audit in retrieving / providing the necessary documents
Tracking & Reporting to process performance monthly

Skill Requirements

Any graduation (Engineering or Non-Engineering)
Basic (entry-level) domain knowledge in Master Data Management
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Good written and verbal communication skills
