Job Summary

Owns MongoDB vulnerability remediation across the Enterprise estate (managed via OPSMANAGER / ICOM OPSMANAGER) and the GCR estate (non-enterprise, managed via PUPPET).

Key Responsibilities

• Execute MongoDB patching on Enterprise clusters via OPSMANAGER / ICOM OPSMANAGER.
• Manage GCR non-enterprise MongoDB patching via PUPPET.
• Coordinate rolling upgrades on replica sets and sharded clusters.
• Maintain backup posture and validation before/after patching.
• Produce evidence and contribute automation patterns.

Skill Requirements

• MongoDB administration: replica sets, sharded clusters, Wired Tiger storage.
• Hands-on MongoDB Ops Manager / Cloud Manager.
• Puppet manifest / module development.
• Backup and restore patterns (mongodump, snapshot-based).

Other Requirements

• MongoDB Certified DBA.
• Container-based MongoDB on Kubernetes (Operator pattern).
