Job Summary

Task Description: Sr Salesforce Lead Engineer responsible for designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. Expert in Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations, and CI/CD using GitHub Actions. Owns end‑to‑end DevOps practices including branching, automated deployments, and environment management. Ensures platform security, performance optimization, and reliable production operations. Partners with stakeholders to deliver business‑ready solutions and provides technical guidance to junior team members.

1. Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
2. Build and maintain integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, Platform Events).
3. Lead Git/GitHub workflows and implement CI/CD pipelines with automated deployments.
4. Manage environments: Dev Hub, scratch orgs, sandboxes, data seeding, backups.
5. Ensure platform security, performance best practices, and reliable production operations.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior developers/engineers.
