About the role
Job Summary
candidates must have exposure to technical requirements analysis, planning, configuration management and hands-on technical skills \r\nprevious experience on environments management is a must\r\ntechnical knowledge and experience with most common OS platforms is required (linux/unix/windows)\r\nunderstanding of complex IT infrastructure landscapes is helpful\r\nknowledge of Temenos Transact and its underlying architecture is an advantage\r\nknowledge on deployment tools such as octopus and gitlab is an advantage\r\nexperience with bug tracking and agile task management in Jira is mandatory\r\nexperience with HPSM/Service Now is an advantage\r\nunderstanding of most common db-platforms (oracle/mssql) is an advantage.\r\nITIL certification is a must (Incident resolution, Problem Management etc.)\r\n Ability to produce clear technical documentation and ensure effective knowledge transfer within teams\r\n Proficient in English for cross-border collaboration\r\n
Key Responsibilities

Lead Red Hat Linux and Red Hat Satellite operations by architecting, optimizing, and automating system administration processes to ensure maximum uptime and performance in large-scale environments.

Oversee Red Hat Cluster management by implementing high-availability and disaster recovery strategies, ensuring system reliability and data integrity.

Drive root cause analysis and advanced troubleshooting for critical incidents using Red Hat Linux tools, proactively identifying and resolving complex infrastructure issues.

Mentor and guide operations teams by providing expert knowledge in Red Hat Satellite patch management, configuration automation, and compliance enforcement.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate client requirements into robust technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business SLAs and operational goals.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating emerging Red Hat technologies and integrating best practices for operational efficiency and security.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Red Hat Linux and Satellite environments, supporting audit and compliance activities.

Champion innovation by introducing process enhancements and automation opportunities leveraging Red Hat and open-source toolsets.
Skill Requirements

Excellent Skills In Redhat Satellite For Large Scale Patch Management, Provisioning, And Configuration Automation.

Advanced Experience With Redhat Cluster Deployment, Failover Configuration, And Troubleshooting.

Strong Knowledge Of Itil Based Operations Management And Incident/Problem Management Best Practices.

Excellent Problem Solving And Analytical Skills For Resolving Complex Technical Issues In Enterprise Environments.
