Experience in ELM Reporting and Global Configurations:
Hands-on experience in:
Reporting and Dashboards:
Variants and Versioning:
Data transformation and validation
Support Agile/SAFe delivery model including sprint execution, backlog refinement, and story-based delivery.
Provide L1/L2/L3 support including incident resolution, troubleshooting, and user guidance.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.

Proven experience in:
ELM upgrades
Performance optimization
Strong understanding of:
Regulatory compliance (especially in healthcare/medical domains – optional but preferred)
End-to-end traceability concepts
Demonstrate expertise in:
Lead and execute

Performance tuning and resolution of system performance bottlenecks
Soft Skills:
Ability to manage multiple streams (support, enhancements, migrations) concurrently. Self-driven with strong ownership and problem-solving capability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting approach. Ability to work effectively in a globally distributed Agile team
