Job Summary
The Group Reporting Analyst/Lead will oversee the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of financial and operational reports across business units. This role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant reporting to senior management, provides actionable insights for strategic decisions, and drives process improvements across the group reporting function.
Key Responsibilities
Financial & Management Reporting:
Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the group.Analyze financial results, identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators.Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end/quarter-end close processes.Consolidation & Analysis
**Lead group-level financial data consolidation from multiple business units.Perform reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, and adjustments to ensure accuracy.Generate meaningful insights for management decision-making.**Stakeholder Management
**Collaborate with finance teams, business unit heads, and FP&A for data collection and validation.Present reports and analysis to senior management and executive leadership.Address ad hoc reporting requests and perform deep-dive financial analysis.**Compliance & Controls
Ensure reporting aligns with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory standards**.Support internal and external audits related to group reporting.Standardize reporting formats, templates, and processes across business units.**Process Improvement & Automation
Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.Implement automation, dashboards, and BI tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to enhance reporting.Maintain detailed documentation for reporting processes and workflows.
