We are looking for candidate over 5 years of experience with Veeva Vault QMS, demonstrating a strong understanding of quality management processes and a proven track record in support roles, handling technical issues and user queries. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, enabling effective work both independently and as part of a team. Additionally, knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry is a plus. This role is perfect for someone with a solid background in Veeva Vault QMS and a passion for providing top-notch support in a challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1 Provide expert support for Veeva Vault Quality Management System (QMS).

2 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

3 Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

4 Manage and configure Veeva Vault QMS applications.

5 Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.

6 Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations.

7 Monitor system performance and implement improvements.

8 Good knowledge on ITIL & ITSM processes.

9 Support the integration of Veeva Vault QMS with other enterprise systems.

10 Support the integration of Veeva Vault QMS with other enterprise systems.
