Senior Test Specialist

Job Summary

To design, execute, and optimize testing strategies, mentor junior team members, and advocate for best practices across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. To design and implement test plans for complex features and modules.

2. To utilize automation tools and frameworks to increase test efficiency , proactively advocate for timely fixes and quality assurance best practices.

3. To identify, reproduce, and document software defects according to established procedures.

4. To proactively partner with developers to analyze, prioritize, and verify defect resolutions, while actively participating in test reviews to drive continuous improvement and best practice sharing.

5. To stay up-to-date with the latest testing technology trends , contribute to the creation and maintenance of test automation frameworks/ libraries and proactively
   Implement innovative testing approaches to address evolving software complexities.
