Design Lead - Casting, CAD Software

Job Summary

Hydraulics layout and DWG

• Releases engineering change notices through Windchill as per Plan. Ensures the correct processes, tooling and equipment are available to manufacture related parts in a safe, quality, and cost-effective manner.

• Create layout, design and create drawings via solid modelling, using Catia CAD / Creo system.

• Hose, Pipe and fittings selection, Modelling, Routing, Creating table drawings and chart.

• Design for Manufacturability: understanding of manufacturing processes like casting, forging, machining, Fittings, Hose, Pipes etc.

• Checking drawings for tolerance / accuracy, evaluating design concepts DMU, interference check with surrounding systems and Stack-up tolerance analysis

• The Hose routing simulation for optimize the hose minimum bending radius to maximize the hose quality

Product and application knowledge:

· Basic knowledge of Construction equipment Excavators
