About the role
Job Summary
OCM Lead : OCM Leads typically have a minimum of 5 years of hand -on experience in driving change programs or larger change initiatives in corporate environments. This role focuses on understanding the change impact and creating robust OCM, communication and adoption plans, as well as creating materials as per agreed plans. OCM Leads also monitor OCM governance and reporting for their specific programs while often reporting to a client OCM Lead, who owns and drive the activities in the customer environment.
Key Responsibilities
. Client - facing OCM SPOC from HCLTech 2. OCM governance: Agree and align OCM Governance and ways of working with customer OCM Lead, creating and maintaining OCM activity trackers for transparency and progress, reporting on status as per OCM project governance. 3. OCM strategy: Crafting and implementing change management strategies that align with the organisation's goals and objectives based on approved change impact assessments. 4. Stakeholder management: Engaging key stakeholders from client and HCLTech to ensure their support and involvement throughout the change process. 5. OCM plans: Creation of OCM plans for program and projects. Consolidating all change activities into a holistic, overarching program OCM plan based on change impact analysis. 6. Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking progress and reporting on the effectiveness of change initiatives as per agreed KPIs, aligning value realization and adoption objectives. 7. OCM materials: Developing compelling change narrative for the change portfolio and ensuring alignment of individual OCM collaterals to program level key messaging. Creation of OCM materials as per agreed plans. 8. Driving and coordinating OCM / communication activity execution from a governance and reporting point of view
Skill Requirements
- Relevant education • Prosci or ACMP certification • 5+ years hands-on experience of OCM in global corporations with large user bases / regional setup • Advanced project management and coordination skills • 3-5 years of experience of leading OCM with customers • Ability to understand concepts and big picture • Excellent in using modern design tools such as Canva to create compelling OCM / communication artefacts such as presentations, emails, infographics, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal / engagement skills • Excellent English skills (spoken and written) • Expert in using MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, MS Excel, Co Pilot, MS Word, modern workshop tools, etc.
- Great team working skills and able to work independently • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills • Hands-on worker with a can-do attitude
