Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

Role Overview:

The Technical Lead – AI Agents & Azure will provide hands-on technical leadership for the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise-grade AI solutions on Azure. This role is responsible for guiding development teams, shaping scalable architecture, and ensuring robust implementation of AI agent and LLM-based systems that are secure, reliable, and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple development teams delivering AI agent and LLM-based solutions

Drive enhancement and optimization of existing AI products, focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability

Provide hands-on guidance on AI agent design, orchestration, and integration with enterprise systems

Review and govern architecture, code quality, and deployment patterns on Azure

Design and oversee end-to-end solution architecture, including APIs, data pipelines, and integrations

Unblock teams by resolving complex technical challenges and dependencies

Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and engineering governance

Mentor engineers and influence technical decision-making across teams

Collaborate with product teams to ensure feasible and scalable implementations to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability in distributed systems

Skill Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Strong experience in AI agent / LLM-based solution delivery (production environment)

Deep hands-on expertise in Azure ecosystem (Databricks, Azure ML, ADF, APIs, Storage, etc.)

Proven track record of building and enhancing AI-driven products

Strong system design, architecture, and integration experience

Experience guiding multiple development teams or complex projects

Ability to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability in distributed systems

Other Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

· Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts and workflows

· Experience with MLOps, monitoring, and lifecycle management

· Exposure to enterprise-scale systems and high-volume data processing

· Familiarity with performance optimization and cost efficiency on cloud

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership presence. They should be comfortable reviewing architecture, mentoring engineering teams, resolving delivery bottlenecks, and collaborating closely with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
