Job Summary
3. Job Title: Workday Talent & Performance Expert Consultant
Role Purpose: The Workday Talent & Performance Expert Consultant is a functional subject matter expert responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing Workday Talent and Performance capabilities. The role supports implementation and enhancement of performance reviews, goal management, talent reviews, succession planning, and career development processes in line with business requirements and Workday best practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Gather business requirements for performance management, goal setting, talent reviews, succession, and career development.

Configure and optimize Workday Talent & Performance functionality to support business needs.

Design review templates, talent frameworks, business processes, security, and related configuration objects.

Support annual performance cycles, talent calibration, and succession planning activities.

Prepare functional specifications, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and end-user documentation.

Advise stakeholders on Workday best practices and new feature adoption.

Collaborate with Core HCM, Reporting, Security, and Integration teams for end-to-end process alignment.
Required Experience and Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in Workday Talent & Performance configuration.

Knowledge of performance reviews, goals, talent review, succession, and career development processes.

Experience with Workday business process framework, security, reporting, and testing.

Ability to run workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into functional solutions.

Strong stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, and documentation skills.

Workday Talent or HCM certification is preferred.
Certification: Workday Talent or broader Workday HCM certification is preferred.
