Job Summary

As a Senior Administrator in Support & Operations, you will play a crucial role in delivering advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Windows Azure PaaS and IaaS environments. Your expertise will be vital in executing root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Advanced Technical Support For Windows Azure Paas And Azure Iaas Environments, Troubleshooting Complex Incidents And Conducting Thorough Root Cause Analysis To Resolve Technical And Security Issues.

2. Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Seamless Operations And Security Posture, Resolving Complex Tickets Within Agreed Slas And Adhering To Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements.

3. Develop And Maintain Knowledge Base Articles And Manage Updates, Contributing To The Continuous Improvement Of Support Processes And Training Initiatives For New Analysts.

4. Implement Infrastructure As Code (Iac) Solutions Using Terraform And Azure Resource Manager (Arm) Templates To Automate Deployment And Management Processes.

5. Foster Positive Customer Experiences By Achieving First Call Resolution, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions, And Addressing Security Threats Effectively To Enhance Customer Satisfaction (Csat).

Skill Requirements

Proficient In Windows Azure Paas And Azure Iaas:

1. Solid Understanding Of Azure Kubernetes Service (Aks)

2. Strong Skills In Infrastructure As Code (Iac) Using Terraform And Azure Resource Manager (Arm)

3. In-Depth Knowledge Of Troubleshooting And Incident Management Processes
