Job Summary
Job Summary : • Provide on site Walk In and Deskside IT support to end users at the Bengaluru facility. The role is primarily SOP driven, with additional responsibilities enabled through on the job training (OJT).

Key Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities : • Key Responsibilities\r\n• Deliver Walk In and Deskside IT support to end users.\r\n• Visit end user desks based on service requests and support walk in counters.\r\n• Perform basic troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, peripherals, and software issues.\r\n• Follow defined SOPs and escalation procedures.\r\n• Coordinate with users to validate resolution and close tickets.\r\n• Accurately document incidents and actions in the ticketing system.\r\n• Learn additional processes through OJT and support as required.\r\n• Ensure minimal disruption to end user productivity.\r\n
Skill Requirements
Skill Requirement : • Required Skills\r\n• Basic knowledge of Windows OS and end user computing.\r\n• Prior experience in IT support / deskside / walk in support preferred.\r\n• Familiarity with laptop hardware and peripheral troubleshooting.\r\n• Good communication and customer handling skills.\r\n• Ability to follow SOP driven processes and work independently.\r\n• Willingness to move within the office for deskside support.\r\n
