Job Summary
Activation Producer Job Description Responsibilities of a Producer Producers own the activation of training cohorts.Please note that an in-house facilitation team will deliver these programs.Responsibilities include:Calendar ownership Responsible for calendaring for all stakeholders (Attendees & Faculty)Update regional calendars including Faculty & attendees calendars Roster creation Use automated tools to finalize rosters for each cohort, identifying participants who are relevant for the class and following up with managers where there is uncertainty of eligibility Confirm final roster details with Faculty team and flag anything noteworthy (e.g. senior level participants)Comms Manage deployment of comms to attendees & Managers Create & manage cohort chat groups incl. internal chat groups with the Activation & Faculty team members assigned to the cohort Respond to attendee & Manager queries (via email, ping & a ticketing system)Class resources Create additional class resources including class agenda, meeting link, go/links, etcLMS Management Create events in LMS to populate participants calendars & track completion levels Enroll participants in relevant LPs/Events in LMSMark attendee completion/attendance post GSS (where applicable)Data Measurement Update trix with attendee details to support data tracking Facilitation Prepare welcome deck and co-facilitate welcome sessions for attendees Live production for virtual classes Provide production support during live sessions where relevant In-Person Production As part of their responsibilities, a Producer must be onsite in a specified Google office to provide production support for in-person modules. The responsibilities for this portion of the program include:Pre-cohort set up Manage delivery of classroom materials Coordinate & complete classroom set up, e.g. desk arrangements, room decoration, Faculty requirements, material prep, incl. workbooks on desks, swag, printing, educational props, etc.Coordinate attendee logistics including registration Coordinate tech setup and ensure all systems are fully functional in partnership with tech support team prior to classroom kick-off Liaise with local office POCs, e.g. panelists, catering, etc.In-classroom Production Attendance tracking & follow up (should anyone be absent)Classroom adjustments throughout the day e.g. setting up spaces for breakout activities Coordinate local office POCs, e.g. panelists, catering, etc.Facilitation assistance, e.g. distribute handouts, roaming microphone to drive attendee engagement, replenishment of classroom supplies, etc.Action feedback from Faculty & attendees relating to room set up/logistics Post-cohort Production Classroom c
