About the role
Job Summary
- IAM Lead Operations Analyst L3\r\n Location of resources: Offshore\r\n No. of years of experience: 10+ years of experience\r\n Must have skills:\r\n Transformation / Deployment of Sail Point for medium to large scale customers across various industry verticals\r\n Knowledge of IAM concepts like JML, RBAC, Life Cycle Management, etc.\r\n Strong background in coding and development using Java, task configuration\r\n Configure required workflows & policies within the IAM tools (Sail Point)\r\n Responsible for Functional testing of the solution; transformation / deployment Testing, assessment of environment, and consulting as per the requirement.\r\n Play active role in the execution of the project and demonstrate strong technical leadership \r\n Understanding the business requirements and translating them into use cases\r\n Interacts with stakeholders and application owners for RCA and understanding current pain areas\r\n Manage end-to-end transformation project related to IAM tools in the customer environment\r\n Coordinate with customer for any requirements and dependencies\r\n Review all project deliverables before they are submitted to customer\r\n Provide guidance to the project team; Provide regular progress reports and participate in management reviews\r\n Organize project progress meetings as per the required frequency\r\n Excellent aptitude for delivering high quality documentation and prepare test reports.\r\n Carrying out application onboarding requests for IAM environment.\r\n Monitor on premise agents and manage tickets related to IAM\r\n Configure required workflows & policies within IAM environment.\r\n Prepare documentation for operations, update SOPs and handbooks on a regular basis.\r\n Skills Required:\r\n Strong understanding of IAM Technology Landscape and how to deploy new tool in environment.\r\n Leadership experience for Governance, Dashboard based reporting and experience of:\r\n Solutions – Good understanding of IAM tools (Sail Point, Azure Ad, Duo) and their architecture\r\n Delivery excellence – Automation, Continuous improvement, Value add initiatives and internal compliances, Contractual obligations, SLA parameters, etc.\r\n Operational Excellence
- Build teams and manage people parameters like Utilization, Attrition, Hygiene and internal compliances\r\n Customer Management – Establish relationship at multiple levels in customer organization\r\n Qualifications:\r\n8+ years of strong transformation and deployment of IAM tools (Sail Point) and support experience\r\n Strong oral, written communications skills\r\n Demonstrate strong technical skills \r\n Demonstrate strong problem troubleshooting skills \r\n Able to work under pressure in case of a critical incident\r\n Be a strong team player\r\n Customer Facing Exposure is must\r\n Open to travel requirements
