About the role
Job Summary
To be responsible for managing technology in complex projects ,providing functional and technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery of solutions related to Onboarding and Recruitment SF
Key Responsibilities
Must have bachelor’s or equivalent degree and an MBA in HR, with a minimum of 5 years of experience on SAP products of Human Capital Management like Success Factors Recruitment Management and Marketing and Onboarding Module.Should have been certified with minimum 5 years’ experience in Success Factors modules like Recruiting Management and Onboarding 1.0 and 2.0"Should have worked on 2-3 end-to-end implementation / support projects for Recruitment and Onboarding modules.Should have experience in mapping and configuring SF functionalities to HR processes of client operations in various countries such as US, UK, Australia, and other European Countries along Asia Pacific.Should be able to prepare requirements, design and test, documents, and solutions.Should be able to analyze quarterly upgrade releases of the SF cloud and roll out the upgrade, coordinating with client and SF cloud team.Must be able to design for data conversion, interface, and reports requirements in Success Factors.Should have experience with configuring/working with Job Requisition, Candidate Profile, Candidate Data models and Offer XML Templates Data models, Workflows and Role based permissions in SAP Success Factors.Exposure on different Success Factors modules like Employee Central, Performance Management Compensation is added advantage.
Skill Requirements
Should be able to analyze quarterly upgrade releases of the SF cloud and roll out the upgrade, coordinating with client and SF cloud team.Must be able to design for data conversion, interface, and reports requirements in Success Factors.Should have experience with configuring/working with Job Requisition, Candidate Profile, Candidate Data models and Offer XML Templates Data models, Workflows and Role based permissions in SAP Success Factors.Exposure on different Success Factors modules like Employee Central, Performance Management Compensation is added advantage.Should have experience on Imports/Exports in SAP Success Factors and Integration Centre.Should have good understanding on Integrations of SAP Success Factors to SAP HCM/ other third-party systems.Excellent command of written and spoken English.One or two industry domain knowledge
Client Interfacing skills.5+ years of Experience with SAP SF RCM and ONB is a must.
2/3 End to End implementation Project experience is a must.Knowledge in Activate Project Management Methodology.
Knowledge on ITIL Process.Should have experience in Requirement Gathering and completing RCM/RMK/ONB Workbooks.
Should have experience in Configuration and customization activities.
Should have experience in Cut-over activities. "Should manage customer expectations.A person should be proactive. Should have driven to complete project deliverables and milestones.
