About the role
Job Summary
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects across the Golf and Hospitality portfolio. This includes system implementations, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives for Golf (Tee Time Management, Membership CRM, Tournament Management, Retail POS) and Hospitality (PMS, POS, CRS, CRM). The PM will also oversee projects related to loyalty platforms (Viya),mobile apps, and innovation initiatives in collaboration with the AI team.
Key Responsibilities
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects across the Golf and Hospitality portfolio. This includes system implementations, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives for Golf (Tee Time Management, Membership CRM, Tournament Management, Retail POS) and Hospitality (PMS, POS, CRS, CRM). The PM will also oversee projects related to loyalty platforms (Viya),mobile apps, and innovation initiatives in collaboration with the AI team.
This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while meeting quality standards and supporting strategic objectives such as operational efficiency, improved collaboration, data transparency, and customer experience.
A.
Project Management & Governance:
· Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across Golf and Hospitality departments
(Operations, Finance, Marketing, IT, Business Excellence).
· Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk
mitigation strategies.
· Ensure delivery on-time, within budget, and in accordance with scope and quality expectations.
· Establish robust project governance, including reporting structures, steering committees, and
stakeholder forums.
· Define and enforce project management standards and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
· Lead project Change Control processes to manage scope changes, ensuring proper impact
analysis, approvals, and documentation.
· Coordinate Architecture Review Board (ARB) submissions for new solutions and integrations,
ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture standards.

Systems Implementation Oversight:
· Manage end-to-end implementation of Golf and Hospitality systems (PMS, POS, Tee Sheet, Membership CRM, ERP integrations). · Coordinate system integrations with loyalty platforms (Viya), mobile apps, and third-party solutions. · Oversee data migration, system testing (UAT), and post-go-live support. · Monitor system performance and coordinate enhancements. C. Change Management & People Enablement · Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure stakeholder buy-in and adoption. · Conduct impact assessments, training needs analysis, and readiness assessments. · Facilitate training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions in collaboration with HR and vendors. · Act as a change champion and coach for department heads and end-users. D. Stakeholder Engagement · Act as the primary liaison between business units, vendors, and technology teams. · Communicate effectively with C-level executives and senior management on progress, risks, and decisions. · Ensure alignment of project outcomes with the strategic vision of the organization. E. Innovation & Continuous Improvement · Support AI-driven initiatives in collaboration with the Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence team for the Portfolio · Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation.
Skill Requirements
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. ·
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving ability. ·
Deep understanding of system implementation lifecycles (SDLC, Agile/Waterfall). ·
Ability to lead business process design workshops and facilitate cross-functional collaboration. ·
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Service Now). ·
Effective communicator with strong documentation and presentation skills. ·
Risk management and governance expertise. ·
Vendor and contract management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in project management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
· PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
· Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT project management and transformation initiatives.
· Project management work experience in the GCC
Preferred :
Experience in Golf and Hospitality technology projects. · Familiarity with Asset Management systems for Hospitality, loyalty platforms, and digital experience systems and ERP integrations. · Understanding of projects in the Hospitality and Leisure industry in the UAE/GCC
