About the role
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates with a strong foundation in Japanese/Korean language and a passion for learning technology. This is a unique opportunity to transition from a linguistics background into the dynamic world of IT networking, where you’ll gain hands-on experience in areas such as Collaboration, Enterprise Networking, Service Provider Networking, and Network Security.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting and resolving network incidents for Japanese or Korean speaking end-customers, under guidance.

Document technical issues and resolutions clearly and concisely in both English and Japanese.

Adhere strictly to Client and HCLTech's security, compliance, and operational procedures.

Collaborate effectively with team members across different tiers (Tier 1, 2, 3) and internal stakeholders.

Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and customer requirements in a dynamic environment.
What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Near-native fluency in Japanese (written and spoken). Language certifications such as JLPT N1/N2 or TOPIK 6/5/4 are a plus but not mandatory.

Good English communication skills (written and verbal).

High level of curiosity and eagerness to learn.

Strong interest in building a career in IT networking field.

To troubleshoot and resolve critical and complex tickets.

To create the root cause analysis for critical issues/faults (hands on working).
