The developer will work on migrating workflows to Airflow, implementing automation for alerts and service requests, and ensuring operational excellence in cloud and on-premise environments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop automation scripts and tools using Python, PowerShell, and KSH

• Design and implement database interactions (SQL, MySQL, Postgres)

• Work on OS environments: Windows, Linux, AIX

• Automate actions and processes across infrastructure

• Migrate workflows to Airflow and maintain orchestration

• Implement alert automation and service request automation

• Collaborate on virtualization and cloud deployments (Open Stack, Docker, Kubernetes)

• Ensure compliance with ITIL methodologies and best practices

• Document processes and maintain code quality using VSCode and version control tools
