  • Monitoring Tools, Event Monitoring Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced GCC Team Leader to manage 24x7 command center operations, ensuring proactive monitoring, incident management, and service continuity across IT infrastructure and applications. The role involves leading the monitoring team, driving operational excellence, and ensuring SLA adherence. Job Responsibilities : Lead and manage Global Command Center (GCC) / NOC operations in a 24/7 environment. Oversee real-time monitoring of infrastructure, applications, network, and security alerts. Act as the primary escalation point for Major Incidents (P1/P2). Drive incident management, including triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking. Conduct and facilitate Major Incident Management (MIM) / bridge calls / war rooms. Ensure adherence to SLA, KPI, and SLO targets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Infra, App, Security, Cloud) for issue resolution. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure preventive actions are implemented. Maintain and improve runbooks, SOPs, and escalation matrices. Monitor and optimize alert thresholds and event correlation to reduce noise. Ensure timely and accurate status communication to stakeholders and leadership. Drive shift planning, resource allocation, and team performance management. Support audits, compliance, and reporting requirements. Skill Requirement : Strong experience in GCC / NOC / Command Center operations Hands-on knowledge of: Monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Solar Winds, Zabbix, Nagios, etc.) ITSM tools (Service Now preferred) Incident & Problem Management (ITIL framework) Understanding of: Infrastructure (Servers, Network, Storage, Cloud) Application monitoring and performance management Basic security monitoring (SIEM alerts, endpoint alerts) Experience in: Alert management and event correlation SLA/KPI reporting and dashboarding Good to Have: Exposure to: Automation and orchestration tools (Ansible, PowerShell) Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) DevOps and SRE practices Knowledge of: AIOps and predictive monitoring Capacity planning and trend analysis Other Requirement : Certifications (Preferred): ITIL Foundation / ITIL Intermediate Certified NOC / Operations certification (if applicable) Relevant Cloud or Monitoring certifications Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder handling Ability to handle high-pressure incident scenarios Decision-making and problem-solving mindset Strong ownership and accountability Key Sourcing Information : NA Intervi
