About the role
Job Summary

Strong expertise in managing Role-Based Permissions (RBP), including role design, permission groups, and data access controls.

Proficient in creating and maintaining Foundation Objects, MDF objects, Custom MDF objects, and Picklists.

Hands-on experience in configuring workflows and business rules for various HR processes.

Skilled in managing and maintaining employee records across the employee lifecycle in Employee Central.

Solid understanding and configuration experience in Position Management, including position hierarchy and sync.

Experience working with BCUI (Business Configuration UI) for managing HRIS elements and system configurations.

Ability to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across EC configurations.

Good understanding of core HR processes and their implementation in SAP Success Factors EC.
