Job Summary

• Strong expertise in managing Role-Based Permissions (RBP), including role design, permission groups, and data access controls.

• Proficient in creating and maintaining Foundation Objects, MDF objects, Custom MDF objects, and Picklists.

• Hands-on experience in configuring workflows and business rules for various HR processes.

• Skilled in managing and maintaining employee records across the employee lifecycle in Employee Central.

• Solid understanding and configuration experience in Position Management, including position hierarchy and sync.

• Experience working with BCUI (Business Configuration UI) for managing HRIS elements and system configurations.

• Ability to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across EC configurations.

• Good understanding of core HR processes and their implementation in SAP Success Factors EC.
