Digital Workplace , Hybrid Cloud, Security & Networks, Application Services, Automation
Domain expert in Solution are shaping end‑to‑end solution architectures that align business outcomes with secure, scalable, and resilient technology platforms
Lead customer solution conversations and executive‑level discussions, translating complex business challenges into differentiated, value‑driven solution narratives, including ownership of solution strategy, architecture, and commercial alignment across pursuits.
Design and articulate AI‑led solution blueprints, including use of autonomous agents, copilots, and intelligent workflows across operations (DWP, cloud operations, security monitoring, and application modernization), clearly demonstrating business impact and ROI.
Provide presales leadership across the deal lifecycle, owning solution positioning, Po Cs, proposals, and solution defences, while mentoring presales teams and ensuring consistency across team members

Own and drive the creation of new propositions working closely with delivery, product, and GTM teams to define innovative offerings by leveraging AI and Agentic AI for creating step change in automation, experience enhancement, and operational intelligence.

Deep experience of one of the following Digital Workplace or Hybrid Cloud, Security & Networks and Application Services, Automation
