Job Description : Integrated Command Center

• ICCMonitor and manage IT infrastructure services through an Integrated Command Center using tools such as Datadog, iObserve, i Control, and Azure Monitor Perform real-time event monitoring, alert correlation, and incident triaging to ensure high service availability Drive proactive detection and resolution of infrastructure issues across cloud, network, and application layers Coordinate with technical teams for incident resolution, escalation management, and service restoration Enable automation and continuous improvement in monitoring, alerting, and operational workflows Ensure adherence to SLA/KPI targets, reporting, and alignment with overall service management and governance standards
