The profile we are looking for will work in the Commont Architecture, Tool and Methodologies Practice, is an experienced and enthusiast
SW engineer passionate with security design of complex software applications, expert in SW security standards and best practice, courious in framework scouting, assessment and keen to standardization.
During his daily activites:
Will be responsible to interact with R&D technical stakeholders to support the adoption of best practices in security and vulnerability management
Will be in charge to provide guidelines, technological advices and to support the transition of legacy application toward secure by design paradigm
Will be in charge of defining integration between security tools and CI/CD processes in close contact with R&D technical leaders.
Will help to spread the secure architecture principles as fundamental of CTG technological core skill set.
On demand can be engaged in customer meeting to provide trusted advisor professional opinions on SW architectures with a special focus on security topics.
Contribute to the growth of the team as central focal point for CTG Software technology improvment objectives and maintains good relationships with team members.
Understands company’s and business unit strategy.
Can Participates in chosen technical community or profession, and regularly attends profession or community of interest events.
The job is in an international context and requires the mastership of English.

Education and Experience Required:

At least 8 years of technical experience and an Associate of Engineering/Science or equivalent degree (minimum three year college program) in computer science or related area of study;
without a degree, three additional year of relevant technical experience (8 years in total).

Key Responsibilities

1. To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery

2. To support as an SME

3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements

4. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and deliver risks are mitigated

5. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology

6. To review project deliverables.

7. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
