Track Lead - Symantec Email Security, Endpoint Security

Job Summary

Minimum 5 years of Proxy engineering experience in Blue Coat (Broadcom/Symantec) or other proxy platforms in physical, virtual and cloud environments. This includes daily operational support, troubleshooting and configuration of the platform. 10 years of Proxy experience in Blue Coat (Broadcom/Symantec) or other proxy platforms in physical, virtual and cloud environments. Proxy Installations and migrations are a plus.

AI Skills: All contractor resources are expected to demonstrate baseline proficiency in enterprise-approved AI tools as part of their day-to-day responsibilities. This includes, but is not limited to:\\r\\n\\r\\no Consistent Use: Maintain a minimum of 90% weekly usage of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other GenAI platforms approved by the enterprise.\\r\\n\\r\\no Applied Productivity: Leverage AI tools to enhance coding, documentation, data analysis, and decision-making workflows.\\r\\n\\r\\no Continuous Learning: Stay current with evolving AI capabilities and features, and apply them to improve delivery quality and velocity

Daily operational support, troubleshooting and configuration of the platform Working with customers to address needs in the business and cyber security Working with vendors on a weekly basis to address platform issues, upgrades, enhancements and opportunities for improvement Partnering with other network and security teams to solution for new projects
