Job Brief

We are seeking an experienced SAP Success Factors Consultant with expertise in Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, and Learning Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Success Factors modules to meet business requirements and enhance HR processes.

• Implement and configure SAP Success Factors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, and LMS.

• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.

• Provide end-to-end support for Success Factors implementations and enhancements.

• Conduct system testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.

• Deliver training and support to end-users and stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.

• Proven experience with SAP Success Factors modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, and LMS.

• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

• Experience with system configuration, integration, and data migration.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• SAP Success Factors certification(s) preferred.
