Job Purpose: This position entails leading a technical team with a focus on devops, python, and Kubernetes. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the technical aspects of projects, ensuring smooth operations, and implementing best practices in devops, python, and Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals in the areas of devops, python, and kubernetes.

2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to design, implement, and maintain technical solutions.

3. Develop and implement best practices for devops processes, python coding standards, and kubernetes deployments.

4. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.

5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in devops, python, and kubernetes technologies.

Skill Requirements: 1. Strong proficiency in devops practices and tools.

2. Proficient in python programming language.

3. Experience with kubernetes and containerization technologies.

4. Knowledge of ci/cd pipelines and automation tools.

5. Ability to lead and motivate a technical team effectively.

6. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

7. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.<

Other Requirements: 1.Relevant certifications in devops, python, or kubernetes are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

1. To bridge the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting innovative solutions with deep domain/technology expertise, and driving successful implementations that propel strategic initiatives.
2. To spearhead the architecture, design, and development (through a high-performing team) of innovative solutions for product/project & sustenance delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. To review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices ,architectural standards simultaneously establish and enforce governance /compliance measures.
5. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated
