About the role
Job Summary
To lead and build well-defined capability organization that meets the current business needs and future market demands for the assigned capability based on HCL's business focus and growth plan.
Preferred Location: Offshore /Noida Experience 15+ years relevant experience
The role ensures predictable delivery, solution integrity, commercial performance, and capability development across SAP landscapes (eg. ECC6, cFIN, BW, GTS, Ariba, Workday…..)

Ensure SLA/KPI adherence

Drive quality assurance and governance

Oversee planning: sprint or phased

Manage resource allocation- and utilisation

Accountabilities:

On Time, on budget delivery

Defect leakage control

Zero critical SLA breaches
-
Capacity planning and forecasting
-
Tools and tech exposure: Finance Platforms: SAP ECC6, SAP S4HANA, SAP CFIN, GTS and Data Profiling (preferred), Tax Engines (preferred) such as Vertex and One Source, Treasury applications and 3rd Party Bank integrations

Key Modules: FI, CO, PS, FSCM, TRM, cFIN, Tax, MM, PP, SD, WM / EWM, APO / IBP

Technology Stack: SAP, Service Now, Jira, Sol Man

Strong communication & client facing
Good to have AI & Analytics Enablement

Identify AI and analytics use cases aligned to Finance value streams

Support pilots, Po Cs, and phased scaling of AI initiatives

Promote AI awareness and adoption across teams
Key Responsibilities

To define career path for team members and align closely with delivery management for better skill development and utilization

To drive capability-oriented resourcing and recruitment process by working closely with recruitment and resourcing teams.

To drive IP and thought leadership activities with SAP global communities for creating content for integrated business processes.

To initiate| develop and enhance the capabilities in line with product and technology roadmap| aligned to the market needs and develop activities targeting knowledge growth.

To provide expertise in customer life cycle activities
