Key Responsibilities

Key Skills Required:

  • Broadcom ESPD configuration, job scheduling, and workload automation
  • ESPD version upgrades, patch management, and release validation
  • Pre and post-upgrade planning including impact assessment and rollback strategy
  • Enterprise batch workload monitoring and SLA management
  • Job dependency and cross-platform workflow management
  • Production support in 24x7 environments
  • Incident, problem, and change management (Service Now preferred)
  • Platform installation, configuration, and environment setup
  • High availability and Disaster Recovery (DR) configuration
  • Performance tuning and capacity planning
  • Security role management and access control
  • Unix/Linux exposure and basic scripting (Shell/PowerShell)
  • Root cause analysis and coordination with Infra/App/DB teams

Job Description:

  • Manage and monitor enterprise batch workloads using Broadcom ESPD to ensure SLA-driven
    execution of business-critical processes.
  • Plan, execute, and validate ESPD upgrades including testing, migration, and rollback
    readiness.
  • Create, modify, and maintain job schedules, calendars, and dependencies.
  • Troubleshoot job failures and perform recovery and reruns as required.
  • Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain ESPD environments including servers and agents.
  • Implement high availability and Disaster Recovery solutions.
  • Perform platform performance tuning and system optimization.
  • Manage user access, roles, and security policies.
  • Integrate ESPD with monitoring tools and ITSM platforms.
  • Maintain runbooks, architecture documentation, and operational procedures.
  • Support audits, compliance requirements, and governance standards.
