Dovetail Payments Change Configuration Management and Quality Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in the Dovetail Payments Platform to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead focus on change configuration management and quality, ensuring the integrity and reliability of our payment systems. This role requires a deep understanding of Dovetail payment processing, configurations change management, and quality assurance methodologies.

Key Responsibilities: Change Configuration Management:

Manage and oversee the configuration of the Dovetail Payments Platform.Implement and maintain change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document change requirements.Develop and maintain configuration management plans and documentation.Ensure compliance with industry standards and payments regulatory requirements.Able to ‘What-if’ on configurations to impact analyse / problem solve live environment issues to address

Quality Assurance:

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for the Dovetail Payments Platform.Perform functional, integration, and regression testing to ensure system reliability and performance.Identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution.Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve quality and performance.Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with business analysts, developers, and operations teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on change management and quality assurance processes.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and timelines.Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in payment processing and quality assurance.Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities.Qualifications:

Deep understanding of Payments domain and few solutions (must)Strong understanding and experience of Dovetail payments platform (must)Proven experience with the Dovetail Payments Platform.Strong knowledge of change configuration management and quality assurance principles.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.Preferred Skills:

Experience in the financial services industry.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Certification / experience in change management or quality assurance.

5. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
6. To support competency development with envisioning and articulating propositions – building collaterals/ whitepaper creation, market trend analysis etc.
7. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
