Work in a matrix organization having interactions with QA, ADM and Infra teams

In depth technology knowhow & troubleshooting skills across one or multiple technology areas (.Net, IIS, SQL Server or Oracle,Biztalk)

Resolvecomplex issues escalated from L1

Failed Biz Talk orchestrations

Suspended messages

Adapter failures (FTP, SOAP, SQL)

Biz Talk configurations (ports, hosts, adapters)

Debug integration errors using:

Middleware Ops – L2 Middleware/Integration

In depth technology knowhow & troubleshooting skills across one or multiple Middleware technology areas (J2EE, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, Web Logic, IIS as primary and other Web/ Application server as secondary) on Windows and Unix/Linux

Knowledge about ITIL framework

Hands on experience of database managed with Biztalk like SQL Server / Oracle

Knowledge about ITIL, CMMi framework

Expert in at least one of the programming languages (Java, Unix Shell Scripting)

Expertise on JBoss, Web Logic/ Apache/Tomcat/Web Sphere

Should have exposure to WSO2 API management technologies and other. full API lifecycle management platform exposure

Certificate lifecycle management

Experience of Version upgrade for the above mentioned middleware and integration technologies

Able to leverage the observability tools like Dynatrace, App Dynamics, Data Dog and similar technologies
