Job Summary

App Ops – IIS/ .Net/Biztalk L2

• Work in a matrix organization having interactions with QA, ADM and Infra teams

• In depth technology knowhow & troubleshooting skills across one or multiple technology areas (.Net, IIS, SQL Server or Oracle,Biztalk)

• Resolvecomplex issues escalated from L1

• Failed Biz Talk orchestrations

• Suspended messages

• Adapter failures (FTP, SOAP, SQL)

• Biz Talk configurations (ports, hosts, adapters)

• Debug integration errors using:

• Event Viewer

• Biz Talk Admin Console

• Collaborate with

• Infra teams

• App/Dev Teams.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Biz Talk Admin Console (Group Hub, tracking)

• IIS (sites, SSL bindings, logs)

Middleware Ops – L2 Middleware/Integration

• Work in a matrix organization having interactions with QA, ADM and Infra teams

• In depth technology knowhow & troubleshooting skills across one or multiple Middleware technology areas (J2EE, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, Web Logic, IIS as primary and other Web/ Application server as secondary) on Windows and Unix/Linux

• Integration and API technologies WSO2

• Troubleshooting incidents.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skill - App Ops – IIS/ .Net/Biztalk L2

• Knowledge about ITIL framework

• Experience with Biztalk, IIS .Net Administration

• Expert in at least one Scripting language (Windows Shell Scripting or shell script)

• Hands on experience in following technical areas

• Biz Talk, MQ, IIS .Net

• Apache, Tomcat,

• Hands on experience of database managed with Biztalk like SQL Server / Oracle

Required Skill - Middleware Ops – L2 Middleware/Integration

• Knowledge about ITIL, CMMi framework

• Expert in at least one of the programming languages (Java, Unix Shell Scripting)

• Expertise on JBoss, Web Logic/ Apache/Tomcat/Web Sphere

• Should have exposure to WSO2 API management technologies and other. full API lifecycle management platform exposure

• Certificate lifecycle management

• Experience of Version upgrade for the above mentioned middleware and integration technologies

• Able to leverage the observability tools like Dynatrace, App Dynamics, Data Dog and similar technologies

• Hand on experience on

• Hands on experience in any of the following technical areas
