Job Summary

Role Summary: The L2 Active Directory Engineer is responsible for managing and supporting directory services, handling escalations from L1, and ensuring stable AD operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Active Directory (Users, Groups, OUs) - Handle incidents and service requests
• User provisioning and deprovisioning
• Troubleshoot authentication issues
• Manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) - Support DNS and DHCP - Monitor AD health
• Handle password and access issues
• Basic replication troubleshooting
• Maintain documentation

Skill Requirements

• Active Directory administration
• Group Policy and DNS basics
• Windows Server knowledge
• Basic PowerShell
• Ticketing tools experience

Other Requirements

Other Requirement : - 3–6 years in AD/Windows administration
