About the role
Job Summary
The Senior Business Specialist will be responsible for ACP (Accounts Payable) functions and handling Avaloq, prod mgmt./extension/ release mgmt. tasks. The role will involve overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations related to accounts payable, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of various Avaloq and product management solutions to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end acp (accounts payable) processes, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment processing.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements in accounts payable functions.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and implement avaloq solutions.

Support product management by contributing to product extensions and release management activities.

Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making processes related to accounts payable and product management.
Skill Requirements

Strong understanding of acp (accounts payable) processes and best practices.

Proficiency in using avaloq and other related software for managing financial transactions.

Experience in product management, including product extensions and release management.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for data analysis and reporting.

Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
