Technical lead - Rest, Jira, Windchill

Job Summary

DevOps Engineer responsible for supporting GitLab project migrations, CI/CD pipeline validation, and platform operations in an outcome‑based delivery model, ensuring seamless continuity of development workflows in a regulated enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Execute GitLab project migrations(SaaS → Self‑Hosted or vice versa) using established migration processes and enhance where neededCI/CD Pipeline creation or modification Ensure** GitLab runner readiness**(configuration, tagging, availability) and troubleshoot issues Provide Failover setup for GitLab Support access management, permissions, and certificate-related configurations

Coordinate vulnerability remediation** with infrastructure and security teams Work with business teams for** migration validation and sign‑off

Maintain runbooks, documentation, and KT artifacts

Skill Requirements

Strong hands‑on experience with **GitLab (SCM, CI/CD, runners)**CI/CD expertise in GitLab-CI

Knowledge of Linux, scripting (Bash/Python), and automation

Experience in pipeline troubleshooting and DevOps operations

Understanding of security, access control, and vulnerability management

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in Jira, or related technologies are a plus.
