Administrator - Azure Active Directory

Job Summary

The Azure Active Directory Administrator plays a critical role in the Support & Operations team, focusing on independently resolving technical issues, providing on-call support, and conducting root cause analyses. This position is essential for maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and ensuring the smooth operation of Azure Active Directory services.

Key Responsibilities Active Directory & Identity Management Architecture & Design: Design, build, and optimize multi-domain/multi-forest Active Directory (AD DS) infrastructures. Hybrid Integration: Oversee hybrid identity management, linking on-premises AD with cloud directories (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD Connect). Access & Policies: Design and implement Group Policy Objects (GPOs), manage rights delegation, and enforce role-based access controls (RBAC). Global Messaging & Collaboration Platform Management: Administer enterprise messaging systems, specifically Microsoft Exchange Online and hybrid environments. Mail Flow & Security: Manage email routing, spam/malware filtering gateways, and security protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). Migrations: Lead and support global tenant-to-tenant or on-prem-to-cloud email migration projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Adhere To Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements By Implementing Best Practices In Azure Active Directory Management And Support Operations.
2. Provide On-Call Support For Escalated Issues, Conducting Root Cause Analysis Using Azure Active Directory Tools To Ensure Efficient Resolution.
3. Contribute To Knowledge Base Updates And Management By Documenting Solutions And Processes Related To Azure Active Directory Incidents And Resolutions.
4. Independently Resolve Support Tickets Within Agreed Slas Using Azure Active Directory, Ensuring Timely And Effective Solutions To Customer Issues.
5. Enhance Customer Experience And Csat Through First Call Resolution Initiatives And By Minimizing The Number Of Rejected Resolutions And Reopened Cases.

1. Proficient In Azure Active Directory Management And Troubleshooting.
2. Solid Understanding Of Support Ticketing Systems And Sla Management.
3. Familiarity With Customer Service Best Practices And Techniques For Improving Csat.
