Job Summary
The Support Operations Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of network systems by developing, maintaining, and enhancing SDWAN and Wireless WLAN (Cisco) solutions. Key Responsibilities

Develop And Implement Sdwan Configurations And Solutions Using Cisco Technologies To Enhance Network Performance And Reliability.

Maintain And Troubleshoot Existing Wireless Wlan (Cisco) Installations, Resolving Issues To Ensure Uninterrupted Service And User Satisfaction.

Collaborate With Clients To Gather New Requirements And Develop Features That Meet Their Operational Needs Within The Sdwan Framework.

Create And Maintain Comprehensive Documentation For Network Configurations, Troubleshooting Procedures, And Operational Guidelines.
