Job Summary

Job Summary : This document outlines the responsibilities and key requirements for an Avaya Project Manager leading Voice and UC Transformation initiatives. The role involves driving large-scale Avaya migration programmes, managing technical architecture, vendors, and stakeholder alignment, as well as defining strategic roadmaps and mitigating project risks. Essential technical skills include expertise in VoIP and SIP architectures, Avaya platforms, Audio Codes, and a strong grasp of network fundamentals critical for voice solutions.

Job Responsibilities : • Own end-to-end delivery of Avaya migration and decommission programmes, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

• Define comprehensive roadmap, establish key milestones, and develop execution strategy tailored to business needs.
• Manage relationships and performance of vendors, including Avaya, Audio Codes, carriers, and OEMs, to drive project success.
• Lead solution design discussions, focusing on VoIP, SIP, and Unified Communications architecture to ensure robust technical outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate risks across networks, voice systems, and infrastructure, proactively addressing potential issues.
• Drive stakeholder alignment with CIO, Infrastructure teams, and various business units to maintain clear communication and shared objectives.
• Oversee rollout activities, coordinate cutover planning, and provide hypercare support post-implementation to ensure smooth transitions.
• Track KPIs, budgets, and delivery timelines
