Job Summary

This role supports the organization’s talent acquisition objectives by assisting in the execution of recruitment processes within the HR function. The individual contributes to sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidate activities, ensuring efficient and compliant hiring practices that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate applications and maintain accurate recruitment records.

  2. Apply basic sourcing techniques using online job boards and professional networks to identify potential candidates for open positions.

  3. Conduct initial resume screenings using HR tools to assess candidate suitability against job requirements.

  4. Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal team members through HR scheduling platforms.

  5. Support the preparation of recruitment reports using HR analytics tools to track hiring metrics and progress.

  6. Ensure compliance with organizational recruitment policies and data privacy standards during all hiring activities.
