Job Summary : Remote Desktop and Chat support

Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote desktop support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Assist clients with software installations, configurations, and updates.
  • Monitor and maintain client systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Document and track support requests, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Skill Requirements

Skill Requirement :

  • Proven experience in remote desktop support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop tools and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
