Key Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide remote desktop support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Assist clients with software installations, configurations, and updates.
- Monitor and maintain client systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex technical problems.
- Document and track support requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Skill Requirements

- Proven experience in remote desktop support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools and software.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
