About the role
Job Summary
To support the execution of the program across the organization based on defined guidelines| in order to achieve the program objective(s)
Key Responsibilities
-
To plan and conduct the program events/meetings as per agreed schedules and standards cost| quality & time
-
To share action items with concerned stakeholders for timely resolution and closure
-
To track action item status with concerned stakeholders and ensure closure of all the escalations
-
To formulate the program agenda including collateral formation and data gathering
-
To maintain/update the program status on an automated platform and share as and when required
-
To generate periodic (quarterly) program summary report
