About the role
Job Summary
To manage the team for enabling smooth execution of business operations for defined set of engagements with a view to enhancing operational metrics (eg: project margin| utilization| BPR processes compliance)
Key Responsibilities

To participate in reviews and collaborate with business heads| Finance and HR for budget and resource forecasting

To track the accounts for project profitability| KPPs and other action items and manage escalations in project support activities

To be custodian of all account related data and maintain central repository of the same

To manage all operational requirements of the account and liaise with enabling teams to ensure timely execution and closure of the action items

To drive compliance to BPR applications and participate in BPR process change requirements

To lead| manage and develop the PMO team
