Microsoft Power Automate Technical Lead

Job Summary

The Technical Lead specializing in Power Automate (Flow) will be responsible for leading technical projects related to the implementation, development, and optimization of automated workflows using Power Automate. The role involves collaborating with cross functional teams to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency through automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage projects focused on the design, development, and deployment of automated workflows using power automate.

2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and identify automation opportunities.

3. Develop and maintain documentation related to power automate workflows, including technical specifications and user guides.

4. Provide technical guidance and support to team members involved in power automate projects.

5. Monitor and optimize automated workflows to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.

6. Troubleshoot and debug issues related to power automate workflows, ensuring efficient resolution.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in power automate and automation technologies.

Skill Requirements

• Strong hands on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps and Teams/Email integration.

• Service Now and ITIL process knowledge

• Experience with intake automation (email parsing, alert handling, queue management)

• Basic AI/ML exposure for data analysis, trend detection, and prompt-based workflows.

• A resource with a background in ITSM automation and low-code platforms would be ideal.

Other Requirements

1.Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate certification or similar certifications would be advantageous.
