Track Lead (Support & Operations)

Job Summary

Hands on experience on Fortigate and Checkpoint firewalls.\r\n• 5/6 years of experience and at least 3 years of relevant experience in handling firewalls.\r\n• Knowledge on Routing and Switching to perform end to end route check.\r\n• Knowledge on Firewall administration and orchestration tools such as Tufin.\r\n• Regular audit and review Firewall rules and configuration to ensure they align with organization security policy.\r\n• Manage Firewall rules by identifying outdated, redundant or unnecessary rule to optimize security performance.\r\n• Maintain comprehensive documentation of Firewall configuration, rule changes and re-certification process for audit and reference purpose.\r\n• Collaborate with other teams such as Network operation, security operation and application owner to gather input, implement change and resolve any conflict if any issue arise.\r\n• Good communication and presenting skills.\r\n• Strong stakeholder engagement / Client Relationship Management.\r\n• Very good attitude, good listener and adapter.\r\n• Motivated and proactive and ready to take more challenges.\r\n• Knowledge of ITIL concepts.\r\n
